Easy As 1. 2. 3.

Walk out back to the garden (that is growing like crazy!).

Cut some lettuce.
Pick a couple of male Squash Blossoms, making sure not to pick the female blossom on the baby squash.

Rinse the lettuce and squash blossom in ice cold water and drain.

Dip the squash blossom in a beaten egg, dredge in flour, salt and pepper and fry in a small amount of olive oil until golden brown.
Place the fried blossom on top of a grilled chicken, cucumber, tomato and black olive salad.  And enjoy!

That's what I had for lunch today...
Edited to add....I have had some questions about how to tell a male and female squash blossom apart.  The female blossom is at the end of the actual squash.  The male blossom grows on a thin stem and does not produce a vegetable.  Click here for some wonderful recipes (stuffed blossoms, blossom soup etc and pictures to tell the difference between male and female.
Welcome Home,
Penny
