This past Saturday, Mr. Comforts of Home and I went to nearby Biltmore Estates for a day. I did a post about it on Monday.
While shopping in on of the gift shops, we found some wonderful plates and napkins. So I thought this would be the perfect post for Susan's Between Naps on the Porch, Tablescape Thursday!
I used black place mats, but I could just have easily used yellow, red, blue or green place mats because, these plates each have a different color bird on it. Under each plate is either a white dinner plate or a black and white harlequin checked dinner plate.

If you look back on the bakers rack, you can see a matching salad bowl. The bowl has all 4 birds on it.
